Yay for cake tutorials from Louise!

I love to bake.  If you know anything about me, you pretty much are aware of this.  Where do I get ideas and where do I learn to do the things I do?  Well, really I get inspiration from all over the place.  I will scour the web looking for new challenges, but there are a few places I return to over and over again.  One of those places is Cake Journal, where Louise is a constant inspiration and font of knowledge.  If you go, you might recognize some of my work on her website--that is because she did it first.  I LOVE her tutorials.  Race car cake toppers is one of my absolute favorites and one I have used, and I also modeled some ballet cookies after the ones she did.  I am not sure if any of my readers bake or cook at all, but if you do, her work is worth looking at.
